How it works:

1. Download the Grizzly Force – Hire app from the App or Play Store on your mobile device or reach out to our team. Sign-up takes less than 10 minutes.

2. Your new Account Manager will get in touch with you right away to activate your account and discuss your organization’s unique goals and challenges.

3. Once your account is activated, you can post jobs from our app or web platform from anywhere, at any time.

4. Watch your jobs fill in real time – our partners enjoy an average 95% fill rate.

5. We do the rest! We handle all the paperwork including payroll, deductions, vacation pay, and WorkSafeBC insurance. You get invoiced for a simple, straightforward rate that only covers hours you’ve confirmed. No additional fees or costs are tacked on.
